(Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Nurse Aid, Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Nursing Student)
Human body and life is the most fascinating system in the Universe. I have always believed that. Since 2003 I have been studying anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, human movement analysis, biology, microbiology, pathology, infection control and currently nursing. I have been working with competitive athletes as a trainer for over 10 years. Therefore, I had dealt with different type of injuries. This type of experience led straight to the Massage Therapy course. In 2011, I signed up for Northern Virginia Community College course. It was the longer than other massage schools. But it was also offering deeper and more knowledge about different type of massages. The course specialized on deep tissue, sport massage, orthopedic assessment and massages and trigger point therapy.
I like to work with different orthopedic conditions. Shoulder, neck and lower back problems are my specialized fields. If you work on computers or commute and have any of those problems just schedule an appointment. My experience as a trainer (and certification) allows me to treat you not just in the massage room but giving you therapeutic advices for homecare.
